16Personalities (NERIS Analytics Limited) needed to scale from a niche personality quiz to the world's most-visited personality test platform — while maintaining psychometric rigor, validating the core assessment instrument, and producing actionable business and data insights across the product.
The Approach
Over 10 years I progressed from Researcher to Data Analysis Lead. I validated the main personality assessment, designed and validated numerous surveys using SPSS, AMOS, and custom R Shiny applications, conducted quantitative research on personality constructs, and ultimately led the data analysis and business analysis functions — turning raw response data into strategic product decisions.
